Message from the President

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our shareholders for their continued support.

Fiscal 2025 was a milestone year for the Company, marking both the first year of our medium-term management plan and the 50th anniversary of our founding. Under our 50th anniversary slogan, “Fumidase, Hamidase”—Dare to step forward. Dare to go beyond—we launched a new organizational structure in January, integrating sales and technology more closely than ever before. Through these collective efforts and challenges undertaken across the Company, our business performance remained strong. As a result, net sales reached record highs for the tenth consecutive year, while operating profit and profit attributable to owners of the parent achieved record highs for the eighth consecutive year.

Our corporate value has also been recognized by the capital markets. We were once again selected as a constituent of the JPX-Nikkei Index 400 and the JPX Prime 150 Index, reflecting the high level of evaluation we have received from the stock market.

In fiscal 2026, we will further accelerate the reforms outlined in our medium-term management plan. Toward the realization of Vision 2030, we will strengthen investment in M&A activities and the creation of new solutions. At the same time, we will move forward with the full-scale deployment of AI, aiming to enhance our own productivity while integrating AI into solutions that lead our customers’ business transformation, thereby delivering unprecedented and innovative value.
